Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects
- Document detailed test cases, bugs, and resolutions using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate functionality across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
