Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead test planning and strategy for complex web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical defects
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency
- Perform comprehensive regression, integration, and performance testing
- Document test cases, results, and quality metrics for stakeholder reporting
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Java for test automation
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar are highly desirable
