Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Lead end-to-end testing strategies for complex web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans and quality gates
- Execute performance, security, and regression testing using industry-leading tools
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing integration
- Analyze test metrics to drive quality improvements and reduce defect leakage
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong background in API testing with Postman/RestAssured
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development
