Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Implement and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Perform manual and automated regression testing to ensure software stability.
- Analyze application performance and user experience to provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and edge cases.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and software testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and query analysis.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) is required.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
