Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary language models
- Develop reusable prompt templates and frameworks for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt architectures and best practices
- Lead workshops to train cross-functional teams on effective prompt utilization
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and contribute to open-source prompt engineering communities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI roles
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications using LLMs
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with Hugging Face/Transformers libraries
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate model outputs quantitatively
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
