Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for LLM applications (GPT, Claude, LLaMA)
- Develop iterative prompt refinement cycles using A/B testing and performance metrics
- Create reusable prompt frameworks for enterprise automation and customer-facing AI tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate prompt engineering into MLOps pipelines
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for cross-functional knowledge sharing
- Research emerging NLP techniques to maintain competitive advantage
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies and ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development
