Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and custom AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into precise AI interaction frameworks
- Conduct iterative prompt optimization using A/B testing and performance analytics
- Develop and maintain prompt engineering best practices documentation and training materials
- Partner with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and output quality
- Research emerging prompt techniques and integrate industry innovations into development workflows
- Measure and report on prompt performance metrics including accuracy, coherence, and user satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
