Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations using proprietary analytics dashboard
- Create comprehensive documentation of prompt strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with UX researchers to align prompts with user intent and accessibility standards
- Maintain prompt library version control and deployment pipelines
- Present findings to technical stakeholders through interactive demos
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
