Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs to maximize output accuracy and relevance
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for complex enterprise use cases including customer support, content generation, and data analysis
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt optimization
- Create documentation and best practice guides for prompt engineering methodologies
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to improve response quality and efficiency
- Train client stakeholders on prompt engineering techniques and implementation
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot model limitations
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
