Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation systems
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model outputs through iterative prompt refinement
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Create technical documentation and training materials for prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP role
