Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt strategies for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary systems
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize prompt efficacy and output quality
- Create technical documentation and training materials for internal prompt engineering workflows
- Stay current with emerging AI research and techniques to drive innovation in prompt methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and fine-tuning techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable prompts
- Experience developing AI products with measurable business impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
