Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and track issues using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
- Create detailed test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements
- Validate software functionality across web and mobile applications
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and daily stand-up meetings
- Maintain and improve test documentation and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
