Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage IT support tickets using our Service Desk software to ensure timely resolution.
- User Support: Provide friendly and professional technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- System Maintenance: Participate in routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management, and hardware inventory checks.
- Network Assistance: Learn to assist in monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
- Documentation: Help maintain accurate technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A passion for technology and a willingness to learn are more important than prior work history.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot problems logically.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
