Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and support the development of new features.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
