Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to solve complex problems and identify trends.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform regression analysis to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Automate Reporting: Streamline manual reporting processes by writing scripts and automating data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
