Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives
- Develop and maintain proprietary prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency
- Create prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients across diverse industries
- Document best practices and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused roles
- Proven expertise with LLMs including GPT, Claude, or open-source alternatives
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks
