Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for LLMs to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analysis to refine prompt strategies and improve model performance.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt logic into production systems.
- Document prompt libraries, guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in prompt engineering, LLM interaction, or AI training.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Python, JSON, and API integrations is a plus.
- Experience using tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
