Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, and wireframing
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to iterate on design solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
