Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across multiple platforms
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Stay current with industry trends and advocate for user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or enterprise applications preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Proven track record of shipping successful user-centered products
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
