- Analyze model outputs to identify limitations and hallucinations, implementing solutions to improve reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into effective AI strategies.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize prompt performance and user engagement metrics.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and documentation for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or content generation roles.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and the architecture of LLMs.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
