Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompts for production-level language models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients across diverse industries
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create prompt engineering frameworks for complex multi-turn dialogues
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model parameters based on prompt feedback
- Develop ethical guidelines for AI interactions and bias mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering or NLP experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI prompt systems
- Expertise in Python and API integration with major LLM providers
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI practices preferred
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) a plus
