Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex network infrastructures using Cisco and Juniper hardware.
- Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and troubleshoot connectivity issues in real-time.
- Configure and manage enterprise-grade firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary patches to protect against cyber threats.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and end-users regarding network protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to client sites within the Colorado Springs area.
