Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Clean, transform, and validate large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to measure the impact of product changes.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing and optimization skills).
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
