Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and management teams to identify data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with ETL tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights.
