Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, user behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Statistics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for executive audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
