Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and storytelling
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key performance metrics and improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
