Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models to solve complex business problems
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Automate reporting pipelines using Python and SQL for real-time insights
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proven track record translating data into strategic business recommendations
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
