Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key business metrics and define data requirements.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present actionable insights.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
