What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Develop and maintain robust SQL databases and Python scripts for automated reporting.
- Create visually stunning and interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to support business strategy and forecasting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
