Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and implement statistical models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning and risk assessment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to understand business needs and translate them into technical data requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation solutions to increase productivity.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and presentations highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive logical conclusions.
