Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve outages within SLAs
- Implement and troubleshoot VPN, VLAN, and wireless networks
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on compliance initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CompTIA Network+ acceptable)
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS protocols
- Familiarity with Palo Alto and Fortinet security systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with AWS VPC and hybrid cloud architectures
