Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Document design systems and maintain consistency across digital products
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on data insights
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing 3-5 UX design projects (academic or personal projects accepted)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Enthusiasm for learning new design tools and methodologies
