Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support high-volume night-shift reporting requirements.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Visualization: Create compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and data accuracy, troubleshooting issues to ensure 99.9% uptime during critical operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data governance standards.
- Night Shift Support: Provide on-call analytical support and real-time reporting during assigned night shifts to ensure business continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data flows, methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Availability: Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required by business needs.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated and disciplined with a reliable high-speed internet connection for hybrid/remote work flexibility.
