The Role:

Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy during night operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business questions into technical analytical tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operations or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn).
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during the night shift while maintaining high productivity and communication standards.
