Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable business reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Perform advanced data cleansing, validation, and exploratory data analysis.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with IT and engineering to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
