Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define metrics and data requirements for new features.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
