Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve Windows/macOS OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory issues
- Manage service tickets using ServiceNow with SLA adherence and proper documentation
- Onboard new employees with device setup, account provisioning, and training
- Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers for complex escalations
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software deployment records
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT help desk or technical support role
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical certification
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
