Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform raw data into actionable business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in clear, concise presentations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python or R.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
