Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure high data integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling and predictive analytics to forecast trends and solve complex business problems.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and compelling visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborative Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions using Python and SQL.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear, non-technical language for executive leadership.
