Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative refinement of AI conversational flows
- Document prompt engineering best practices and train junior team members
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model parameters
- Monitor production AI systems for performance bottlenecks
- Translate business requirements into technical prompt specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and prompt frameworks like LangChain
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with GPU-optimized development environments
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
