Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive user journeys and interaction models for complex enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimize user experiences
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise-level projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
