Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Visualization: Develop compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create regular performance reports and executive summaries that highlight key metrics and business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to a diverse audience.
