Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompt strategies to optimize model performance across diverse applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version-controlled best practices
- Conduct A/B testing to measure and improve prompt effectiveness metrics
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and train junior team members

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
