Responsibilities
- Develop & Optimize Prompts: Design and refine complex prompts for various AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to ensure accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing of AI responses, analyze edge cases, and implement iterative improvements to enhance model performance.
- Data Curation: Create high-quality training datasets and fine-tuning prompts to improve the specialized capabilities of our AI tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Software Engineers to define AI requirements and integrate prompt engineering best practices into development workflows.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and the mechanics of prompt engineering.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Writing Ability: Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for nuance, tone, and detail.
- Experience: Prior experience in AI training, prompt optimization, or a similar role is highly desirable.
