Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and clean large datasets to ensure high-quality analysis for decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ETL processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
