Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (strong query optimization skills required) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
