Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular performance reports and metrics to track business KPIs.
- Problem Solving: Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
