Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network infrastructure
- Resolve Tier 1/2 help desk tickets via ticketing system
- Implement security protocols for endpoint devices
- Document SOPs in knowledge base with multimedia guides
- Shadow senior engineers on client site deployments
- Participate in bi-weekly tech workshops
- Assist with cloud migration projects (Azure/AWS)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash)
- Customer service experience in technical environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment deployments
