Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical system outages (as applicable to shift).

Qualifications
