Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system outages (as applicable to shift).
- Conduct regular hardware audits and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Motherboard) and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems (10/11) and productivity software.
- Strong desire to learn and obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+ is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
