Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop predictive models and statistical frameworks to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable business strategies
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems for C-suite decision-making
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and experimental design for product optimization
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to stakeholders
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analyst)
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
